**Exciting Opportunity for a Labor and Delivery RN!****Job Description:**- **Position:** Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)- **Unit:** Labor and Delivery (L&D)- **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)- **Assignment Length:** 13 Weeks- **Start Date:** ASAP- **Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year in Labor and Delivery- **Certifications Required:**- BLS- ACLS- AWHONN Intermediate- AWHONN Advanced- NRP- **Essential Skills:**- Charge experience preferred or willingness to train- Strong background in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and monitoring- Experience with high-risk deliveries and C-sections- Proficient in neonatal care and postpartum support- Familiar with administration of medications including magnesium sulfate and pitocin- **Work Settings:**- Antepartum care- High Risk Labor & Delivery- Mother/Baby unit- **Patient Demographics:**- Care for adolescents and adults- Average daily census: 7-14 Labor & Delivery, 5-10 OB Triage/Test patients- **Special Procedures:**- Cervical cerclage- Cesarean sections- D&C- Neonatal resuscitation- **Additional Unit Information:**- 10 OB Triage Rooms, 10 LDR Rooms, 3 OR suites, 4 PACU rooms- Average of 7 daily deliveries, with potential for up to 14 patients- Supportive interdisciplinary team- **Flexibility:**- Weekend coverage required: every other weekend- Float within scope to meet facility needs may be required- **RTO Restrictions:**- Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer- All requests for time off must be included in the submissionWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
