Company Overview
Dahl Memorial Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides general medical and family practice outpatient care to the community of Skagway, Alaska, with three midlevel providers and one behavioral health clinician. DMC also provides limited emergency services and facilitates medical evacuation as necessary. DMC is equipped with nine general exam rooms, one dedicated pediatric room, three urgent care rooms, dispensary, lab, x-ray, and rooms for visiting providers for physical therapy, optometry, ultrasound, public health, and dentistry.
Company History
Dahl Memorial Clinic was first opened as a privately operating entity, and the Municipality took over operation in May 2004. The clinic's present facility on 14th Avenue opened its doors in March 2010. DMC was awarded a federal FQHC grant by the Health Resources and Services Administration shortly thereafter.
